His Excellency Eng. Mohamed Ben Amor, Director General of the Arab ICT Organization, received today, Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at the AICTO’s headquarters in La Marsa – Republic of Tunisia, His Excellency Mr. Abdullah bin Suhail Al-Muhaidli, Secretary-General of the Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross Organization (ARCO).
The meeting focused on exploring ways to strengthen cooperation between the two organizations and activate the terms of the cooperation agreement signed by both parties. This collaboration aims to support joint efforts in addressing humanitarian and development issues across the Arab region and to leverage information and communication technologies in support of humanitarian and relief work.
The occasion also served as an opportunity to exchange views on promising future projects based on innovation and digital transformation, in order to enhance the resilience and preparedness of Arab communities in the face of crises and disasters, while keeping pace with the rapid technological advancements in the field of ICT.
