The Arab ICT Organization (AICTO), in cooperation with the International Centre for Promotion of Disabled in Tunisia, the International Association “La Bose”, and the “Handy Stea” Association, organized the International Conference on “Disability in the Digital Age and the Age of Artificial Intelligence”, held on 17–18 April 2025 in Tunis, Republic of Tunisia.

The Arab ICT Organization, headed by its Director General, His Excellency Eng. Mohamed Ben Amor, participated in the meetings of the 57th ordinary session of the Higher Coordinating Committee for Joint Arab Action under the chairmanship of His Excellency the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Mr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit, during the period from 14 to 16 April 2025 in Tunis – Republic of Tunisia, hosted by the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization.

The Cyber and Information Security Exhibition and Conference (CAISEC’25), Cairo 25-26 May 2025
As part of efforts to strengthen joint Arab cooperation in the fields of Cybersecurity and Technological Transformation Security, the Arab ICT Organization, in partnership with Mercury Communications, is organizing the fourth edition of the International Conference on Information Security and Cybersecurity (CAISEC’25). The conference will be held on May 25–26, 2025, at the Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski Hotel in Cairo, under the esteemed patronage of His Excellency the Prime Minister of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Regional Workshop “Regulatory Framework for Satellite Internet Services” – Zoom, March 25, 2025
Tunis, March 25, 2025 – The Arab ICT Organization (AICTO) successfully organized a regional online workshop on “Regulatory Framework for Satellite Internet Services” bringing together key stakeholders, from Arab ICT Ministries, regulatory authorities, industry leaders, and eminent international experts to discuss the future of satellite broadband in the Arab region.
The Arab ICT Organization Participates in the ITU Regional Development Forum for Arab Region (RDF-ARB)
H.E. Eng. Mohamed Ben Amor, Director General of the Arab ICT Organization, participated as a speaker in the ITU Regional Development Forum for Arab Region (RDF-ARB), organized by the ITU Regional Office for the Arab States of the International Telecommunication Union. The forum was held on February 3, 2025, in Amman, under the gracious hospitality of the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Jordan.

Amman was selected as the Arab Digital Capital for 2025 during the 28th session of the of Arab ICT Ministers’ Council, held on January 23, 2025, in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt. The Council officially announced “Amman” as the Arab Digital Capital for the year.
