Amman was selected as the Arab Digital Capital for 2025 during the 28th session of the of Arab ICT Ministers’ Council, held on January 23, 2025, in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt. The Council officially announced “Amman” as the Arab Digital Capital for the year.

MoU Signing between AICTO and ArabNCI to Enhance Cooperation in Technology and Creativity
within the framework of its endeavors to strengthen collaboration in the areas of technology, creativity, and innovation, the Arab ICT Organization (AICTO), represented by its Director General, His Excellency Eng.
