The Mou is willing to establish a strategic partnership focused on advancing satellite technologies to benefit the Middle East and Africa region.

Amman was selected as the Arab Digital Capital for 2025 during the 28th session of the of Arab ICT Ministers’ Council, held on January 23, 2025, in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt. The Council officially announced “Amman” as the Arab Digital Capital for the year.

On Monday morning, December 2, 2024, His Excellency Eng. Mohamed Ben Amor, Director General of the Arab ICT Organization, welcomed His Excellency Ambassador Bassem Yahya Hassan Qassem, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Republic of Tunisia, at the Organization’s headquarters in La Marsa suburb.

The Arab ICT Organization (AICTO) is pleased to announce that the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) in Egypt has launched a new regulatory framework for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), marking the latest regulatory initiative by the NTRA in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

within the framework of its endeavors to strengthen collaboration in the areas of technology, creativity, and innovation, the Arab ICT Organization (AICTO), represented by its Director General, His Excellency Eng. Mohamed ben Amor, and the Arab Network for Creativity and Innovation (ArabNCI), represented by its Supreme President, His Excellency Sheikh Faisal bin Saud Al Qasimi, signed a memorandum of understanding on Thursday, October 10, 2024, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This MoU is designed to advance cooperation between the two organizations to achieve their shared objectives.

Within the framework of the continuous endeavors and efforts to enhance joint Arab action and regional and global cooperation, the Arab ICT Organization, in cooperation with “Mercury Communications”, organized the Third International Conference on Information Security and Cybersecurity  CAISEC ’24 “Cyber & Information Security Exhibition & Conference” on June 3 and 4, 2024 at  the Nile Ritz-Carlton  Hotel in Cairo Under the patronage of His Excellency the Prime Minister, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, in the Arab Republic of Egypt and in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Ahmed Abul Gheit, Secretary-General of the League of Arab States.
