As part of its action plan, the Arab ICT Organization (AICTO) intends to organize a virtual workshop titled “Regulatory Framework for Satellite Internet Services” from March 2 to 5, 2025, from 10:00 to 12:30 Tunisia time (GMT+1) via the Zoom platform.

As part of efforts to strengthen international cooperation in personal data protection and cybersecurity, H.E. Eng. Mohamed Ben Amor, Director General of the Arab ICT Organization (AICTO), received on March 5, 2025, at the organization’s headquarters in La Marsa, Ms. Denise Mazzolani, Deputy Director of the Regional Office of the Council of Europe in Tunisia, Ms. Mirka Honko, Coordinator of the Fifth South Program, and Ms. Imen Bahri, Director of the Personal Data Protection Project.

H.E. Eng. Mohamed Ben Amor, Director General of the Arab ICT Organization (AICTO), received H.E. Ambassador Rami Farouk Al-Qadoumi, Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Republic of Tunisia, on the morning of Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at AICTO’s headquarters in La Marsa.

Amman, 26 February 2025 – In a significant step toward advancing technology and digital innovation, the Arab ICT Organization, represented by its Director General, His Excellency Eng. Mohamed Ben Amor, and the Arab Global Investor Forum, represented by its CEO and Board Member, His Excellency Mr. Natheem Mohammed Sabbah, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The signing took place alongside the second edition of the Arab World Forum for Digital Cooperation and Development, organized by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan from 23 to 26 February 2025.

A delegation from the Arab ICT Organization, led by His Excellency Eng. Mohamed Ben Amor, Director General, participated in the second edition of the Arab Global Forum for Digital Cooperation and Development. The forum is organized by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) and the League of Arab States, in collaboration with various United Nations agencies and Arab joint action organizations, and in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The event is taking place from February 23 to 26, 2025, in Amman, Jordan.

His Excellency Eng. Mohamed Ben Amor, the Director General of the Arab ICT Organization actively participated in the 4th General Assembly and the International Digital Cooperation Forum (IDCF) 2025, held on February 19, 2025, at the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre in Amman, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Tunis, Tunisia – February 17, 2025 The Arab ICT Organization (AICTO) is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with USPACE Technology Group. The Mou is willing to establish a strategic partnership focused on advancing satellite technologies to benefit the Middle East and Africa region.

H.E. Eng. Mohamed Ben Amor, Director General of the Arab ICT Organization, participated as a speaker in the ITU Regional Development Forum for Arab Region (RDF-ARB), organized by the ITU Regional Office for the Arab States of the International Telecommunication Union. The forum was held on February 3, 2025, in Amman, under the gracious hospitality of the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Jordan.

A delegation from the Arab Information and Communication Technologies Organization (AICTO), led by H.E. Eng.
