H.E. Eng. Mohamed ben Amor, Director General of the Arab ICT Organization, welcomed on Friday, October 6th, 2023, at AICTO’s headquarters, H.E. Dr. Tony Frangieh, Ambassador of Lebanon to the Republic of Tunisia.
This meeting presented a significant opportunity to discuss ways to further strengthen cooperation between Lebanon and AICTO.
His Excellency the Ambassador expressed his appreciation for AICTO’s ongoing efforts and its pivotal role in advancing the ICT sector within the Arab region, as well as its role in fostering integration and collaboration among regional countries. Furthermore, he emphasized the paramount significance of fostering partnerships and collaboration between the private sector and organizations in order to effectively achieve common objectives.
On his part, His Excellency Eng. Mohamed ben Amor praised on this occasion the valuable support of the Lebanese Republic to the organization. He underscored the organization’s commitment and readiness to harness its capabilities and resources to bolster collaborative Arab initiatives, with the ultimate goal of effectively advancing the welfare and interests of the Arab region.
